Morning Weight - 246lbs

I'm writing this to document my attempts to lose weight, and to hopefully have this to motivate me. I recently got married, and my wife likes me a little on the plump side, but has agreed that I can lose weight since I'm not happy about the way I am looking.

Last summer I weighed about 200lbs, and was looking pretty good....now I have ballooned up to 246lbs, and it's time for a change.

I used to weigh 320, and eventually got down to the 200 I was last summer, so I've done it before, and know how to do it again. It's just staying motivated and resisting temptation.

Everyday I will post my 2 most recent pictures....for a picture of how I'm changing.


My daily reg
imine will consist of.....
  • Coffee in the morning followed by at least a little exercise
  • Exercise
  • Whey Protein After Exercise
  • Oats around 10A
  • Meat or whey protein and green veges the rest of the day (almost no carbs)
  • Multivitamin to counteract malnutrition of being on a diet
Anyway, I'll write more in other posts.....

Today, I stuck to my diet great, eating tilapia and 96% fat free ground beef hamburgers throughout the day. For exercise, I played basketball for maybe 10 minutes to warm up, did supersets for my chest and back, alternating the 2 exercises with little to no rest. I did 8 sets for each. The exercise isn't as important as just working and tiring your muscles and getting your blood pumping. Then I played b-ball for another 20 minutes, and swimmed a few laps in the pool.

That's it, one day in the whole, wasn't that easy?
